By using this website, requesting an estimate, or receiving services from Kleros Property Care, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Kleros Property Care provides professional lawn care, landscape maintenance, property care, and related exterior services throughout Upstate South Carolina.

Service availability depends on:

• Location
• Scheduling and route capacity
• Property condition
• Weather
• Company capacity

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of a property or project. We will confirm in writing before service begins.

Quotes are based on the information available to us at the time they are prepared, including what you share with us and what we observe during a property review.

Final pricing may change if:

• Property size differs from what was estimated
• Property conditions differ from what was described
• Additional work is required
• Access limitations affect how the work must be completed

Additional work will never be performed without your approval. If we identify something outside the agreed scope, we will let you know first.

Recurring memberships work as follows:

• Memberships are billed monthly.
• Seasonal visit frequency changes throughout the year as growth conditions change.
• Monthly billing remains consistent regardless of seasonal visit frequency.
• Memberships continue until canceled.
• Thirty (30) days' written notice is required for cancellation.

Weather is part of this work. Delays may require route adjustments, and services may be shifted within the same week whenever possible.

Kleros reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

• Rain
• Severe weather
• Unsafe conditions
• Equipment issues

Clients agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property on scheduled service days.

Kleros is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Locked gates
• Animals in the service area
• Vehicles or equipment blocking access
• Unsafe conditions on the property

If you have a concern about the condition of your property following a visit, please notify us promptly so we can review it while the details are fresh.

Kleros is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Hidden or unmarked irrigation components
• Underground utilities that have not been properly marked
• Normal wear associated with routine maintenance

All content on this website — including text, photography, layout, branding, and marks — belongs to Kleros Property Care and may not be reproduced without permission.

When using this website, please do not engage in:

• Hacking or attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• False or fraudulent form submissions
