Essential Care starts at $249 per month, Signature Care at $329 per month, and Premier Care at $429 per month. Pricing assumes a standard property in maintainable condition; larger, more complex, or custom properties are quoted individually.

Do you require a deposit to get started?

Yes. A $99 deposit is required to schedule your initial membership service. The remainder of your first month's membership is billed after the first service is completed. For larger one-time jobs, a 50% deposit is required to schedule.

How often will you service my property?

Weekly from April through September, biweekly during the March and October shoulder months, and monthly with a property inspection through the dormant season — roughly 30 to 32 visits per year, billed as equal monthly installments.

When a property is overgrown or behind on maintenance, a one-time Property Reset brings it to the Kleros maintenance standard before recurring service begins. It is quoted individually based on current condition and is never an ongoing charge.

Can I request mulch, cleanup, or landscape work?

Yes. Enhancements are quoted separately from recurring service so your recurring pricing stays predictable.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes. Active-duty military members, veterans, police, firefighters, and EMS professionals receive 10% off any membership tier with valid identification. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
