Winter & Dormant Season
Monthly service and property inspection
Monthly visits keep the property tidy through dormancy and give us a scheduled look at drainage, beds, structures, and anything that needs attention before spring.
Your property does not need the same service frequency in January that it needs in June. Our schedule adjusts with the season while your monthly rate stays consistent.
Approximately 30–32 visits per year across all seasons. You pay equal monthly installments for a year-round professionally managed service plan — not for a fixed number of monthly cuts.
