Turf is in full growth. Weekly visits keep height, edges, and presentation consistent through the highest-demand months of the year.

Growth slows at both ends of the season. Biweekly visits maintain the property without over-servicing it.

Winter & Dormant Season
Monthly service and property inspection
Monthly visits keep the property tidy through dormancy and give us a scheduled look at drainage, beds, structures, and anything that needs attention before spring.
Property Reset
The monthly membership begins after we bring the property to the Kleros maintenance standard. A Property Reset is quoted individually based on the current condition of the property, and it is a one-time service — not an ongoing charge.
Properties needing catch-up work may require a one-time Property Reset before recurring service begins.
Deposit policy
A $99 deposit is required to schedule your initial membership service. The remainder of your first month's membership is billed after the first service is completed.
Larger one-time jobs require a 50% deposit to schedule. The remaining balance is billed upon completion.

Military & First Responder Pricing
Active-duty military members, veterans, police, firefighters, and EMS professionals receive 10% off any membership tier with valid identification.
